Commissioned to convert the historic reservoirs of the island of Gozo in Malta into a visitors’ centre, London-based design studio Sarner transformed the space into a modern nerve center of historical insight. A system of nine stations positioned throughout the reservoirs, the exhibit features multiple panels of interactive touch screens coupled with expository panels, all culminating in an eight-minute, 360° film installation projected against the high arches of the former water reservoir, detailing a city legacy dating back to the Bronze Age.
