Colon Crossing is an interactive tool for physicians and patients designed for more effective education prior to colonoscopy. The fourth most common cancer in the United States, colon cancer can be much more safely and accurately detected when colonoscopy patients arrive with adequate bowel preparation — something Colon Crossing illustrates with immersions into a clean colon space with cancerous cells, along with that of a poorly prepared bowel. The experience then reviews the proper medical and dietary preparation required prior to an effective colonoscopy.
