David Attenborough’s First Life
Created by Natural History Museum in London, UK , 2015
Celebrated British naturalist David Attenborough and long-time television partner Atlantic Productions teamed with the trailblazing paleontologists at London’s Natural History Museum to produce David Attenborough’s First Life: a 15-minute, 360 CGI VR addendum to Attenborough’s award-winning science series. Building on the museum’s revolutionary research in the physiology, evolution and behavior of ancient animals, the team recreated a spectrum of 540-million-year-old sea creatures from the Cambrian era — allowing each museum-goer an individual experience, screened simultaneously with 60 other headsets.
