Created by The Arc/k Project in Los Angeles, CA, USA , 2018

The Arc/k Project is a non-profit that is using photogrammetry, and working from images of historic sites (some now destroyed) in order to digitally preserve  these landmarks in virtual reality. The 3D models are viewable online and can be viewed in VR, allowing access to sites such as the Temple of Bal in Palmyra now destroyed and desicrated by ISIS. Anyone can contribute images, that enhances their ability to make an accurate 3D model.
