These Terms of Service are an Agreement by Users of CTRL and yU+Co and any affiliated websites controlled by either entity. CTRL is an independent source of information autonomously operated by yU+Co.

CTRL, yU+Co, and its direct contributors of original content displayed on the Website remain the sole property of CTRL and yU+Co and under protections from reproduction without express legal consent from the respective authors of that content. CTRL Website Users are subject to the CTRL Terms as they are outlined, and forward under the intellectual property laws protecting their individual creators.

By exploring and interacting with the CTRL Website and associated web pages, you affirm your Agreement to the following Terms of Service. In order to be eligible for inclusion in the CTRL website, user content must abide by all applicable laws, not contain any offensive or libelous material, or infringe on the rights of any other person or party including divulging personal information.

In suggesting Content for inclusion to the Creative Technology Research Librarian, you acknowledge that you are legally granting CTRL and yU+Co the right to display your intellectual property and that a webpage where your project is posted may contain written material about it composed by CTRL. Furthermore, you acknowledge that this page may be reposted or shared anonymously on other third party websites with or without the consent of and beyond the sovereignty of both CTRL and yU+Co. If Your Content has been suggested or posted in error or without your permission to do so, please contact us at support@ctrl.yuco.com to request a removal.

All audio, video, text, images or other material suggested or posted to this Website for inclusion remains the intellectual property of the author(s) and creator(s) of that material. By choosing to suggest a project to CTRL, you affirming your right to grant and granting us the ability to display images, video and written content regarding your project.

Additionally, if any provision, tenet or condition of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such conditions or invalidity shall not render the remainder of these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
